About the initiative
Meaning After Work is a public project of The Existential Human-Centred AI Forum, exploring meaning, work, agency and human co-being in the age of intelligent systems.
Founder
Michal Müller, Ph.D. et Ph.D. is the founder of Meaning After Work and The Existential Human-Centred AI Forum.
He is an assistant professor at Palacký University Olomouc. His academic work connects existential philosophy, management, social entrepreneurship, meaningful work, crisis, humanistic management and the ethical and existential implications of artificial intelligence.
His research explores how people, leaders and organizations preserve meaning, agency, responsibility and relational life under conditions of uncertainty, crisis, technological change and existential contradiction.
Independent pre-launch initiative
Meaning After Work and The Existential Human-Centred AI Forum are independent pre-launch research-and-practice initiatives developed by Michal Müller.
They are not official projects of Palacký University Olomouc unless explicitly stated. Academic publications referenced on this website are listed as scholarly background and remain associated with their original authorship, institutional and publishing contexts.
