Reflective game

Agency Reactor

A short game about keeping human agency alive inside an automated system.

Can you keep the agency core stable?

You are managing a human agency reactor inside an AI-mediated organization. Automation, judgment, responsibility, care and rest all matter — but too much of one force can destabilize the whole system.

Your task is not to avoid AI. Your task is to keep automation connected to human judgment, responsibility, care and rest before the reactor overheats.

How to play

  • Automate can reduce pressure quickly, but may weaken agency.
  • Judge restores clarity and agency, but requires effort.
  • Take responsibility strengthens accountability, but can increase burnout.
  • Care protects the human field around the system.
  • Rest cools the reactor and prevents collapse.

This prototype is a reflective game, not a psychological test, diagnosis, productivity assessment or workplace assessment. It stores no data and sends nothing anywhere. The reactor is a metaphor for agency under system pressure.
