Reflective game
The Human Minute
A short game about protecting small moments of being human during a crowded digital day.
Your day will be full anyway. Can you protect one human minute?
Work, messages, metrics, summaries and deadlines move through the day. Some are necessary. Some are only noise. But hidden between them are small human moments: a breath, an apology, a window, a call, a silence, a question, a return.
Your task is simple: protect the human moments before the day consumes them. Let the noise pass. Do not click everything. The goal is not productivity. The goal is to keep a little presence alive.
How to play
- Click human moments to protect presence, care and calm.
- Let noise pass instead of amplifying it.
- Missing human moments weakens the day.
- Clicking noise increases pressure.
Reflection
Minute Keeper
You protected small moments of presence before the day consumed them.
This prototype is a reflective game, not a psychological test, therapy, diagnosis, productivity assessment or mental health tool. It stores no data and sends nothing anywhere. The score is only a metaphor for how easily small human moments disappear inside a crowded day.
